that’s my car dealer shirt. I have a callback at 7:30 tonight, which means I am missing a meeting with Lauren and Gary and missing my spinning class, which I am actually feeling up for now. that’s right, sickness, that’s right, fever, that’s right thermometer, that’s right, sweaty shirt, that’s right, headache, that’s right, tylenol, that’s right, you’re done. take your excuses elsewhere.
i have a 2 hour meeting ahead. then I am going to go run and lift weights. that’s correct.
okay, so yeah, I really like the movie star wars. and empire strikes back. I kinda hate all the other movies, to be honest, but I like those two. I have been accused of being a super fanboy, but I am not, really, I just like those two films. So, accordingly, I bought this book and I gotta say I am really happy with it. i read a few chapters last night (yes, a “coffee table” book that is actually worth reading!) and it’s rather cool to see how the first movie was made, and how, basically, it was just an idea that almost died, over and over again. hope and a trickle of paychecks can make very amazing things happen. 80% hope, I think. the book is more inspiring than I thought it would be, along with the Mailroom book, I am very much enjoying reading how people were able to focus themselves to get what they wanted, to do what they dreamed of. once I get these commercials going, I will have a (short) reel, and I will be taking it to some people. people who have “a interest”.
it’s may day, dude. let’s get it going.
