phew...

Long week.

- went to san diego this weekend help my friends with their documentary. it’s gonna be very cool; we had some good interviews, the whole bit.  ended up taking the lobster bus to a lobster restaurant where I got food poisoning. I figured the tequila would have taken care of the food issues, but I was wrong.  so wrong.  I had a blast, though.

- I’ve been married for over a year and four days!  Whit’s back from Chicago, which is nice.  We want to do something for our anniversary, but we’re booked for the next couple of weekends already.  Irritation!

- Had a dope callback for this live action trailer for an animated movie that went super well, but I didn’t get the part.  I have had several commercial auditions, but I am just not getting called back, which is frustrating the crap out of me.  Next week will be a new week, it will improve. It’s just with this new agency I want to show them they made the right choice, you know?  I was literally getting called back like 50-75% of the time, and now it looks like I am 0 for 4.  Which, whatever. Whatever. No stress.  Slump.  Lunking slumpage.

- On the other hand, the acting class is going great and this weekend should be nice.  I am just a little ragged from work, to be honest.  So much is going on and it’s just not going to get any less busy until next October!  Really!

- So, Bob Iger let it be known that the iTV I railed about will indeed have a hard drive.  So, that’s good.  Still not a tivo killer.  Tivo’s $800 HDTV box is the real Tivo killer.  Zing!

A piddling update, but hey, piddle dee dee.

update - Monday 9/25

- Oddly enough, within 30 minutes of writing last week’s entry, I got called back for one of the commercials, which was a nice surprise.  The callback went nicely...

- I went out for a cartoon and another commercial today, so, uhm, it’s busy again.

- Got a nice email from my agent, which was super cool.

- Went and saw Kaskade at Giant in LA with Andrew and Charlie--it was off the hook (more on that later)
